The Automatic Truck Loading System extends your packing line all the way to dispatch, moving palletized or bagged product from the production floor directly into the trailer on a conveyor-fed loading arm. Instead of a crew hand-stacking a truck bed, product arrives at the dock already sequenced and loads continuously, cutting dock time and reducing the bottleneck that loading often creates at the end of a shift. Loading arm reach, angle, and dock configuration are confirmed during the same site survey used for the rest of your packaging line, so the system fits your existing bays rather than requiring new construction.
